Energy efficiency program account management
Activity related to managing key customer relationships and acting as a liaison with Delivery teams and program ambassadors to the market; examples of accounts include property managers, business owners, local governments, vendors and other key market actors.
C&I energy management and advising
Working with customers who typically don’t have a dedicated energy manager to build a relationship and become more aware of their organization’s energy consumption and help them pursue energy efficiency projects. Brings a technical outreach skillset to program offerings rather than reliance on trade allies to drive program participation.
Efficiency program customer satisfaction management
Our customer success managers own the successful delivery of projects post-launch and overall customer satisfaction. They specifically focus on technology solutions and confirm post go-live functionality is working as designed. Our skilled managers combine customer support knowledge with a sense of the overall architecture and functionality of the product, working as a single point of contact for clients to ensure they are ready for standard customer support.
Energy advising
Working with customers over time to help them along their energy journeys.
Energy efficiency outreach services
Local Delivery team members conduct outreach through field visits and additional means to secure new customers or maintain existing customers in the program’s territory. All field activities including recruiting customers to participate, completing audits, installs, inspections or instruction for customers.
Energy efficiency program monitoring, tracking and reporting
Baseline program activity includes monitoring program activity, tracking progress to goals, and reporting on contractually required timelines, led by the Delivery team. At a minimum, programs typically track energy savings (kWh, therms, kW) as well as financial metrics including incentive and administration dollars spent, subcontractor costs and associated revenue accruals. Clients define KPIs as part of our SOWs and these must also be tracked.
Contractor management services for efficiency programs
We are defining partners here as external local and/or national businesses that we sub-contract a portion of our work. This capability specifically refers to the process by which we identify external and internal drivers, recruit potential partners that fit, develop rules of engagement, and track and manage their performance.
Energy efficiency program startup & launch
This describes the necessary activities when CLEAResult wins and begins a new program contract, including ramping up staffing, finalizing program implementation plans, and setting up internal reporting.
Energy efficiency program administration
Baseline program activity that covers the day-to-day CLEAResult management of a program and activities related to meeting goals and contractual deliverables. This is led by the Delivery team.
Energy efficiency program close-out
Baseline program activity that describes the necessary activities should a program’s funding end, or if contract is lost to another vendor, and program administration activities by CLEAResult must be ceased.
Energy efficiency project management
Baseline program activity that describes management of distinct and discrete projects within larger program administration or other type of contracts.
Regional coordination for energy efficiency programs
Activity related to organizing and optimizing operations within a Client Delivery region (East, West, Central, Canada or CPG region, New England, Southwest, East Canada, West Canada, Tennessee, etc.) including planning and managing strategies and resources across a portfolio of programs and capabilities to achieve both client and company goals.
Trade ally contractors management
Recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, quality control and support of program trade allies participating in programs. A trade ally is a qualified contractor, installer, retailer, manufacturer representative, engineer, architect, distributor, or other provider of energy-efficient products or services.
